I can’t wait for the publication of your novel. I know it’s great because I’ve read it. The writing itself captures an era long gone. You bring it to life again with poetic grace. The book is both a beautiful love story and an edgy and heroic tale of war and suffering, with some entertaining characters thrown in for good measure. Loved reading it. Thanks, Sarah. I just have this feeling that this book will really take off. It just builds and builds with strong characters. If you watched the PBS series that just began last night, Mercy Street, it is set during the Civil War and has some of the same feeling tone with really strong characters. I was amazed at how accurate I was in my book in describing medical conditions, etc.
I am excited for you, too. I sure hope the book is coming along well. You are in my prayers.
